ISCM General Assembly Sessions
General Assembly Sessions are for ISCM Section and Associate Members.
GA Session 1: 9am Monday 3 May, ABC Centre, Ultimo
GA Session 2: 9am Tuesday 4 May, ABC Centre, Ultimo
GA Session 3: 3pm Thursday 6 May, Rafferty’s Theatre, Parramatta
GA Session 4: 9am Friday 7 May, APRA Offices, Ultimo
GA Session 5: Saturday 8 May, Campbelltown Performing Arts Centre, TBC
Registration Fee
A registration fee is required for Second Delegates, accompanying persons and general participants: AUD $250, (approx. EURO 153). Registration is only valid if proof of full payment is attached to the registration and hotel accommodation form. Members of the ISCM Executive Committee, First Delegates of ISCM Sections and Associate Members, and Composers whose works are performed during the festival are exempted from paying this fee.
Registration fee includes:
- Festival materials
- Bus transfers
- Admission to all concerts and events listed in the program
- Free entrance to exhibitions and receptions

Note: Payments should clearly state the participant’s and/or accompanying person’s name(s).
All payments should have the notification WMD 2010. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names. Payment or proof of payment should accompany the Registration Form and include the Registration Fee.
Confirmation and registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed by email on receipt of your Registration Form and payment or proof of payment. Please bring a copy of your Registration Form as well as evidence of payment along with you and submit upon registration.
Cancellation and refunds
All cancellations of festival registration should be sent in writing to the Festival Secretariat. Payments will be refunded in the amount of 20 per cent of the sum paid. No refunds will be paid for cancellations received 30 or less days prior to the commencement of the festival. After this date no refunds will be granted. For all refunds, please state your full bank account details. Only cancellations in writing shall be considered.
